Nice and clean rooms. 5 minutes walk from Downpatrick town center.
Quiet location, very well equipped room with sink, hob, fridge and washing machine, milk and bottled water in fridge on arrival, family sized en suite bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower, very comfortable bed, very clean, nothing too much trouble for the landlady, I would definitely stay here again
We stayed at Duleath House for one night only in January 2024. We will definitely be going back. So welcoming and the rooms were large and so clean.

My mum and I stayed here ahead of an early morning appointment at Downe hospital. Bronagh couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Beds very comfy and room very clean. Bronagh brought us a pot of tea and toast very early which was a lovely touch.10/10 would recommend
